Brands to verify
Verify a company once you are sure the person can act for it: their email is on the company's own domain, or they sent a document in its name (a bill, a companies-register extract, an authorisation signed by a director). Documents they upload are listed on the card; they are deleted as soon as you verify or reject. Rejecting needs a note: the brand reads it.

Designs to check
Every design is checked before a brand can book with it. Approve it if it follows the content rules (terms, section 5), will print well at a few centimetres, and, for a well-known logo, comes from that brand's own verified company. Rejecting needs a note: the brand reads it.

Events added by athletes
Athletes add an event when they cannot find it in the calendar, and it is public at once. Delete spam or mistakes nobody joined. For a duplicate of a listed event, merge it into that event: its athletes move there, with their sport and spots, and this copy is deleted.

Tattoo orders
When an event's bookings close (17 days before it), each athlete with accepted spots gets one order: their tattoos laid out on the cheapest printer sheets, plus a spare copy of each design where there is room. Sheets are drawn to scale; the printer prints white as transparent, shown here as the checkerboard. The dashed line is the margin kept clear at the sheet's edge.
